had an incredible anniversary stay! the hosts went above and beyond to make it special. loved the idyllic view at breakfast and the charming vintage decor. great location for walks and exploring Keswick. even with car troubles, our mood wasn't dampened thanks to the beautiful scenery and Dean's help. highly recommend this place!

The address confusion caused some inconvenience for guests, resulting in missed planned touring activities.

I had a really comfortable stay at this lovely B&B. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast room offered a beautiful view. The hosts were extremely friendly and even offered me a drink upon arrival. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area and gave great advice on walks and attractions. I found their assistance with getting wine glasses and their helpful hints about parking very thoughtful. The addition of a hot tub is definitely something I'd like to try on a future visit. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed for easy connectivity, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. I also loved the beautiful garden area with its comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Loved the huge and comfy bed, perfect after a long day exploring the area. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the view from the breakfast room was stunning. loved the fact that the hotel was walking distance to a pub with friendly staff and good food.
