had an incredible anniversary stay! the hosts went above and beyond to make it special. loved the idyllic view at breakfast and the charming vintage decor. great location for walks and exploring Keswick. even with car troubles, our mood wasn't dampened thanks to the beautiful scenery and Dean's help. highly recommend this place!

The hotel was bright and had a lovely view, and the best part was that it wasn't too crowded, so there was plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The housekeeping was impeccable, and the room amenities were great, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The owners were down to earth, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough to my family and friends.

The hot tub facility with quirky decoration adds to the relaxation. The welcoming hosts provide helpful information about the area and things to do.

The address confusion caused some inconvenience for guests, resulting in missed planned touring activities.

The hosts were extremely friendly and even offered me a drink upon arrival. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area and gave great advice on walks and attractions. I found their assistance with getting wine glasses and their helpful hints about parking very thoughtful. The addition of a hot tub is definitely something I'd like to try on a future visit. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Loved the huge and comfy bed, perfect after a long day exploring the area. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the view from the breakfast room was stunning. , loved the fact that the hotel was walking distance to a pub with friendly staff and good food.
