Comfortable house, good value, lovely welcome, private room entry, quiet area.

The hotel was well placed for both the West coast and Glasgow, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The rooms were gorgeous and well laid out, with attention to detail in the furnishings. Breakfast was spot on and set us up for another day of adventure.

Location was great, close enough to town but not too noisy. the Christmas decorations were charming and added to the festive spirit. Staff were really jovial and helpful, and the breakfast was quite hearty.

The room was really drafty and we had trouble adjusting the heating. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, which resulted in a restless night's sleep.

I also appreciated the transportation convenience, as the hotel was close to Ayr, Prestwick, and Ardrossan. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff made me feel very welcome.
