I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The price was fair and the quality of the breakfast, toiletries, and facilities was exceptional. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the room amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel like part of their family. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I recently stayed in a lovely guesthouse for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, as it was close to great restaurants and just a short walk from the seafront. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for our clothes. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The service was excellent, with the hosts being friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we had the option to choose our preferred time. One of the highlights was the view from the room, which overlooked the beautiful promenade. it was a delightful experience.

That the walls were a bit thin, and we could occasionally hear other guests coming in late at night.

We stayed at Newburgh Guesthouse for a week, and it was an excellent choice. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, especially to my elderly father and uncle. They greeted us warmly, helped with our bags, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to the seafront, town, and theatre. Our room, a small double on the ground floor, was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the owners offered us extra food and beverages. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for and will definitely return.

The owners were friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate our requests. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and made with fresh ingredients. the room was comfortable and had plenty of tea and coffee, which were replenished daily.

The hotel was not located on the seafront, which would have been more convenient for us. the parking situation was a major problem as we were not able to reserve a space and had to rely on finding free parking on the surrounding streets.

Spent Easter at this lovely guesthouse and had a wonderful time. the price was very reasonable for what we got, which included delicious breakfast, a comfortable bed, and a clean and quiet room. the location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the sea and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside we could find was that there were not enough sockets in the room, which made it difficult for us to charge all our devices. It would have been great if there had been an extra socket for our phone chargers and other electronics.
