Gorgeous location in Bourton-on-the-Water. Exceeded expectations. Great for small families or solo travelers. Immediate access to dog walking footpaths. Lovely garden for dogs to roam. Spacious kitchen and conservatory. Nice touches with basics provided. Clean and well kept.

The location of Newbury Cottage was absolutely perfect for exploring the beautiful village. We were able to walk everywhere easily. The cottage itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, which made us feel right at home. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, where everything we needed was provided, from dishwasher tablets to coffee and tea. The thoughtful touch of fresh apple juice and granola as a gift was a pleasant surprise. Despite the small size of the cottage, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

While the old and rickety stairs to the attic may have added character to the cottage, they were a bit challenging to navigate. It would definitely be more suitable for younger guests or those who are agile.
