Newcastle House was a fab place to stay with lovely views of the village. The staff were helpful and the room was amazing with a big comfortable bed. Breakfast was a gorgeous start to our day.

Fantastic hotel vibe with welcoming and friendly staff. Constantly used bar and lounge by locals, offering coffee, cake, and excellent real ale. Extremely tasty breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Convenient location right in the center of this beautiful area

Newcastle House was a great find! Excellent value for money with a cozy and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early for a wedding. We'll definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely stay at Newcastle House. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was great for exploring the nearby town of Alnwick, and the food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future. I would recommend Newcastle House for a pleasant and affordable stay in Rothbury.

The staff were excellent and always had a smile. The food was brilliant, especially the curry night which was excellent value. The location was great and the locals were friendly and welcoming. a fantastic experience for low-budget travellers like us!

I had a great stay in a double room with a clean and comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom, though needing an update, was perfectly usable and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered plenty of food and choice. The location, in the center of the village, allowed for a lovely sunny lunch outside in front of the pub. the hotel is situated in the beautiful National Park, perfect for exploring on a military vehicle run.

The internet availability was sketchy throughout the building.

The tea and coffee amenities were a nice touch and the towels provided were fresh and soft. the lounge area was a great place to relax in after a long day of business meetings.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable which was inconvenient as I couldn't load the maps to find my way around the area. the shower in my room was a bit of a disappointment as it only trickled out the hot water.
