The value for the money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the options.

I had a great experience staying at these apartments! The location was fantastic, with shops and the city center just a stone's throw away. We also found it convenient to visit Alton Towers from here. The room was cozy and comfortable, with super comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with quick responses to any issues we had. we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the facilities provided, like the kitchen and the electronic keypad entry system.

That the sofa was not very comfortable to relax on.

The apartment had excellent customer service, was well-equipped and had great facilities. The street-level entrance made it convenient for travelers with suitcases, and the modern and airy atmosphere was a plus. The little touches like soap dispensers, tea, coffee, and cereal added to the comfort of the stay. The comfortable beds and decent linen provided a good night's sleep.

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a good stay at Newgate, with everything we needed for cooking and a key system that worked well. The location was ideal for visiting Alton Towers, and the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee provided.
