Management and staff are friendly, polite, and very helpful. Allergies were well catered for in advance with an emailed menu. Abundant breakfast choices for all guests. Great location for both historic and modern parts of the city. a highly recommended stay.

Our stay at Newport Guest House was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the cathedral and castle. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower. The self check-in process was smooth and we were even given early access to our room. The breakfast was delicious, especially the sausages. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and modern, and we were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water in our room. the USB port was a handy feature for charging our devices. the location of the guest house was ideal, with just a short walk to the city center and its quaint shops and cafes. the staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling a special request for black pudding. a lovely guest house experience.

Parking was a bit challenging, especially since we arrived late on a Saturday. We were also disturbed by the squeaky floorboards from the room above early in the morning.

the staff was exceptionally courteous, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. the private facilities, exclusive amenities and services made me feel fully pampered and replenished. the location was ideal, providing easy access to all the attractions and sights in the city. the room was spacious, tasteful and comfortable, and it had all the exclusive advantages one could wish for from a luxurious hotel.

The lack of labeling on the milk, which made it difficult to discern the skimmed, semi-skimmed and whole milk options. this minor issue did not detract from the overall impeccable experience at the venue.

We recently stayed at a charming B&B in a wonderful location. The attention to detail was impressive, with USB charging sockets, tea/coffee facilities, and even biscuits provided in the clean and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast, both buffet and cooked, was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and efficient. we highly recommend this lovely B&B for a great stay.

Breakfast delights, a small addition of mushrooms or tomatoes would have elevated the already fine and well-prepared breakfast.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was within a few minutes walk of the historic areas, restaurants, and pubs. It was great to be virtually on top of Bailgate, which is the area where I wanted to eat and drink. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the hotel facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms was also top-notch.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to the town Centre, making it convenient for exploring the city's interesting sites. Additionally, being away from the busy city centre ensured a peaceful stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a continental option and the possibility of having eggs on toast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at a guest house in the heart of Lincoln. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic attractions and city center. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving helpful tips for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable and provided with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The added bonus was the easy parking available on site. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would have liked to see improved was the decor of the room. While it was clean and spacious, the furnishings were a bit dated. Furthermore, the bathroom towels and toiletries were a bit basic. However, these were minor details that didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience.
