We got great value for our money with a spacious room and comfy bed. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just around the corner and a short walk to the tube station. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The continental breakfast was perfect, and they even accommodated our allergies by providing soya milk.

The staff, especially those working the night shift, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They were incredibly polite and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, we were impressed by the range of amenities offered in the rooms. From the in-room safe and air conditioning to the free Wi-Fi and mini-bar, everything was thoughtfully provided to enhance our comfort. The hotel also had a beautiful leisure garden area and a cozy TV room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

My recent stay at NH London Kensington was fantastic. The room was incredibly spacious, which is a rarity in London hotels. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent coffee provided. It was a relief to have an iron and hairdryer readily available in the room. The location, just a short walk from Earls Court Underground station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The direct tube line to Heathrow was a huge plus for easy airport transfers. Despite the slightly mixed area of Earls Court, the helpful staff made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend NH London Kensington for a comfortable and enjoyable trip to London.

Great location for using public transport and visiting Kew Gardens for the Christmas Lights show. Comfortable room with luggage storage on the final day. Lovely neighborhood with shopping, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to Harrods and Hyde Park. Convenient walking distance to Kensington, Earls Court, Royal Albert Hall, and museums. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of food options. Some staff, especially housekeeping and breakfast staff, were very helpful. The hotel provided a travel cot and bedding upon request.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.
