I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Nothing to complain about at all.

no.14 villa in st andrews is absolutely amazing! exceeded all expectations. the location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet. the house is spotlessly clean with ensuite bedrooms, comfy lounge and well-equipped kitchen. the owner is fantastic, providing great recommendations and a lovely welcome pack. highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in st andrews!

Dining table too small for larger groups.

Excellent value for money, the rooms were immaculate and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to everything. The staff, especially Rachel, the owner/hostess, was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations for pubs, restaurants, and attractions. The complimentary snacks and goodies provided were a lovely touch, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast offerings could have been more varied.

our recent stay at the villa in st andrews was absolutely exceptional. the location was superb, just a short walk to the beach and town. the ensuite double beds were finished to a fabulous standard and the lounge and kitchen were well-equipped. the owner provided great service, coming in weekly to clean and change beds/towels. highly recommend.

Street noise affected my granddaughter's sleep.

I recently stayed at No. 14 and had a fantastic experience. The property exceeded my expectations with its perfect location and impeccable cleanliness. The Welcome Pack provided was unparalleled, with the Chocolate Gingers being a particular treat. Additionally, the free parking right outside the door was a great perk. The house itself was beautifully appointed, blending old charm with modern amenities like Apple TV for karaoke. Rachel, our host, was excellent and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. a truly exceptional stay with plenty of nice touches.

Would recommend this hotel.
