The location is excellent, being in close proximity to the city centre and on Cafe 15. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with added extras like a record player. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, accommodating special requests and being attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast is top-notch, with a well-timed table service and a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.

There were a few minor issues with the facilities, such as a shower with low water pressure. However, the hotel promptly addressed the concern and offered a room change to ensure guest satisfaction.

We originally came for a spa day but ended up adding a night's stay. The spa was gorgeous, with clean and decorative facilities. Our copper bath ritual was relaxing and luxurious, leaving us feeling brand new. The afternoon tea was the best we've ever had, with attentive and happy staff. Our room had a spacious layout with a stunning park view. The little touches like the record player and coffee machine were great, and the pantry was a fab idea. The breakfast had a vast choice and excellent quality. We would definitely go back.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. the large rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. the friendly staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast and dinner selections were great, with a range of delicious options to choose from. the bar was beautifully decorated and the cocktails were top-notch.

The lack of proper ventilation in the room, which made it uncomfortably hot and difficult to get ready. Another disappointment was the menu not accurately listing all the ingredients, as I had allergies and could not eat the salad with anchovies.
