We had a fantastic stay at No.16. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved being so close to the main pubs and just around the corner from the sea front. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious with a big shower. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful cleaning ladies. The facilities were top-notch, with a kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, and even two bottles of water provided.

The property was fantastic, with modern and spotlessly clean facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed, including towels, hand soap, shower gel, and tea/coffee making facilities. The complimentary water and biscuits were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the seafront. Parking was plentiful on the street outside. The cleaning staff were cheerful and approachable.

Stayed at this hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to the beach where we enjoyed hunting for seaglass. The decor was simple yet stylish, and the bathroom had a spacious shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the discount at the partner restaurant was a great bonus. The remote code access was convenient, and the rooms were well-equipped, clean, and extremely comfortable. Parking was available on-site or outside for free. Loved the easy communication with the hosts. a fantastic stay.

Here, I had a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that satisfied all my needs. the room was presented very well with clean and fresh bedding and a nice big TV. I appreciated the use of the iron and ironing board as well as the complimentary tea, coffee, and still and sparkly water. The adorable garden area was a refreshing addition to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Cons: There was a minor issue with the towels, which were of poor quality. this did not take away from the overall enjoyable time I had at this hotel.

Great location, close to the beaches and shops. the self-catering option is nice, with a small garden. the bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure.

It kept going from hot to cold and the hand-held showerhead wouldn't stay in place. We couldn't really enjoy the self-catering option since the basic kitchen was lacking some essential equipment.

Located on the beautiful Seaham beach, No.16 is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Just steps away from the seafront, we enjoyed relaxing walks and sea glass hunting. There is even an excellent cafe around the corner offering a special discount for guests. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like an Amazon Prime and Netflix-enabled TV. The bathroom was spacious and had a large bath for ultimate relaxation.

The process of obtaining the keys through a code and lock system could be confusing for some guests.

No.16 is a fabulous place to stay, with lovely rooms and well-equipped facilities. The decor is amazing, and the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near cafes, shops, pubs, and beaches, making it perfect for young families. The owners also own The Stapylton Arms in Hawthorn, where you can enjoy delicious food and friendly service. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall package.
