We found a lovely hotel, with a beautiful location right by the sea. It was so close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring Oban area. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with USB charging ports and well-stocked bathrooms. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with options like homemade granola and freshly made croissants. We especially enjoyed sitting in outdoor furniture, watching the sunset over the sea.

We were disappointed to find that the advertised balcony sea view was only visible from outside on the balcony itself. There was no view from inside the room, which was a letdown since the weather was too cold and wet to go outside.

Had the most amazing new year experience at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the view of the bay from our room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small tray of croissants and juice waiting for us outside our room each morning. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city centre and with stunning ocean views. Added bonus of an honesty bar in the living room!

Our only complaint was the size of the room, which was quite small for my partner's height. It made for some tight manoeuvring, but we still managed to enjoy our stay.

We drove past the property a few times before spotting the front columns with "No 26" plaques. However, once we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location of the property. Situated on the esplanade overlooking the water, the views were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the modern front porch/patio with a glass railing, which allowed us to fully appreciate the breathtaking scenery. The level esplanade sidewalk next to the water was a great way to explore the area. The interior of No 26 was filled with beautiful art and charming decor, unlike anything we had seen during our trip. The attention to detail was impressive, and we appreciated the honesty bar where we could enjoy some local whisky. The gourmet breakfast was delicious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts, especially Carrie, provided exceptional service, offering recommendations and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The little touch of packing a breakfast for us the night before our early flight was a thoughtful gesture. We loved No 26 so much that we decided to extend our stay.
