I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Edinburgh. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the lovely West End area, which is our favorite part of the city. The hotel itself was on a street with old and stylish buildings, and it was only a 20-minute walk from Princes Street and the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved that they faced the courtyard, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The basic amenities were provided, like tea making facilities and toiletries, which were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered good value for money. As for breakfast, it was included and consisted of cereals, juice, tea/coffee, fruit, a cake. It was a standard breakfast, nothing extravagant, but it definitely kept us satisfied in the morning.

All in all, our stay was great, and there was only one minor aspect that could be improved upon.

Excellent Stay, Lovely Room with Spectacular Views

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in a convenient location, I was lucky to be given a room on the second floor with breathtaking views. The room had high ceilings and large windows that flooded the space with natural light, creating a sense of spacious well-being. The king bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, adorned with beautiful bed linens that made for a restful night's sleep.

The hotel/apartment had a nice building style and was located in a good area, with a nearby supermarket for convenience. the beds were good and comfortable for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at another location on the day of our departure.

The check-in process was poorly managed, with no one available to let us in and an unhelpful response when we finally got through. the overall service and hospitality were lacking, making for a less than satisfactory experience.

Stayed at a lovely hotel for 2 nights during the Xmas market. The location was perfect, with easy access to all tourist attractions within 15-20mins. Nothing could have been better.

During our romantic escape, we had a lovely experience and enjoyed the two complementary glasses of bubbly on arrival. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from shops and amazing restaurants. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service that we used a few times.

The shower wasn't great, it was too small and it took quite some time to warm up. the furniture wasn't very modern, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big issue.

The staff at No32 Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. They offered recommendations for local restaurants and called taxis for us. The hotel is immaculately clean and offers a level of service that is often lacking in more expensive hotels. We were also impressed by the attentive and kind owner and staff.
