I had an amazing stay at No 45 Bed & Breakfast. Irene and Bill, the lovely hosts, made my experience truly memorable. Their home is located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent bus service just a block away. I took advantage of the all-day bus pass and made several trips to the royal mile. the house itself is magnificent and the room, though small, was incredibly comfortable. the view from the room was beautiful. I also enjoyed the Scottish breakfast, it was absolutely marvelous. I would definitely visit this B&B again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is superb, nestled in a quiet area but still conveniently close to everything. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the efficient housekeeping to the helpful front desk. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, ensuring our comfort at all times. We especially loved the terrace, where we enjoyed the beautiful garden view while sipping on a cup of complimentary coffee. The free wi-fi in rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my recent stay at No 45, I had a great time exploring the local area thanks to the helpful information provided by the owner. The breakfast options were excellent, and I appreciated being able to request exactly what I wanted. Additionally, the room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the en-suite shower room being a bit small, I found the overall cleanliness of the hotel to be impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and convenient location.
