The apartment was gorgeously decorated, modern, and clean. It had great facilities and was centrally located for shopping and a short walk to the ICC. Fantastic value for money!

the apartment was modern, clean, and had excellent facilities. the value for money was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying at No.8 Waterloo Street again. the bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. the apartment was well-appointed, although figuring out how to use the oven aspect of the microwave was a bit of a challenge. the location was perfect for the Christmas market and shopping, and the building itself was beautiful.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at No.8 Waterloo Street. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with modern appliances. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Despite a minor issue with the bedroom being too warm, my overall experience was not spoiled. The convenient location and lovely large apartment made my stay enjoyable.

This is without question one of the nicest, most comfortable places I have ever stayed. From the calming foyer and professional welcome to the beautiful spaciousness of the apartment, everything was perfect. The kitchenette and sensible-sized toiletries, including conditioner, were a real treat. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-furnished, providing great facilities. The central location made it convenient for shopping and visiting the ICC. Fantastic value for money!

We were surrounded by shops, high-class restaurants, and plenty of entertainment options. The room was immaculate and stylish, with comfortable bedding and high-quality shower products in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received a welcome gift of a bottle and chocolates. it was a luxurious experience.

The extractor fan in our room wouldn't switch off, but the staff promptly fixed the issue.

The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shopping centers within walking distance. the apartment was well-equipped with basic supplies, including tea, coffee, and towels. the room layout and decor were tastefully done, with expensive furnishings throughout.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the shower temperature was also an issue, as it was either very hot or cold, and adjusting it was a challenge.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower was fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge and watching TV. There was also an additional table for dining. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

We were pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned for us during our 2-night stay. the White Company toiletries added a touch of luxury. it was a quiet and lovely place to stay, and we would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre. It was close to all the shops, restaurants, and train stations, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. the modern decor of the rooms added a touch of elegance to our stay. The facilities were also impressive, with plenty of options for dining and drinking nearby. it was a great choice for a low-budget traveler.

The room we stayed in had a slightly awkward layout with a cramped bedroom at the end of a corridor.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I knew the area well. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city center in Birmingham, allowing for easy access to various attractions. I particularly enjoyed the short 20-minute walk to the jewelry district and the proximity to the train station. Additionally, there were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, such as Cosy Club, Lost & Found, Bourbon & Rye, and Purecraft Bar & Grill. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
