They made our check-in and check-out experience great. The room we stayed in was lovely, with a wonderful shower that added to our comfort. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was also superb, with a top-notch dining experience that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the dark hallways and the limited availability of food at the bar after 11 PM, I would still highly recommend Nomad for a comfortable and memorable stay in London. I was truly impressed with my experience at Nomad and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Additionally, the brunch menu and bar are excellent, providing guests with delicious food and drink options.

There was a breakdown in communication between the staff members regarding special requests for the room. Although the issue was efficiently rectified, this incident highlights the need for better internal communication within the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room was absolutely beautiful, with a super-king bed that was incredibly comfortable. the air conditioning worked well and was quiet, and the bathroom had heated tile floors, which was a nice touch. I loved the fact that the TV had chromecast, making it easy to stream my favorite shows. the staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, even stocking the fridge with my preferred tea and milk. it was a great experience.

There was a constant and unpleasant smell of polluting wood smoke surrounding the hotel.

During our Christmas trip, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary fruit and well-stocked bar in the room. the location was great, walking distance to many attractions. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices.

The hotel, however, was very dark and noisy, making it hard to relax. the room was terribly small and overpriced, and the firm bed did not suit everyone.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities and room advantages provided an unparalleled experience. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. the private facilities were exceptional and served all my needs. the location advantages made it easy to explore the city without any trouble. the service was impeccable with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. In-room breakfast was delicious and the snack bar had a great selection.

The only drawback was the low-lit corridors, making it a bit annoying to navigate. Nonetheless, that was a minor issue that did not detract from my overall experience.
