We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for attending the Prince & Princess's wedding. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

the attention to detail was impressive - the rooms had lovely big sash windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the shower had excellent water pressure and always had hot water. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, especially with my 3-year-old son at breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked options served in a sunny room with pretty views. this hotel offered great value for money and had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and a fridge in the room.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and our destination within walking distance. The breakfast provided was outstanding, well worth the money, and the perfect way to start the day.

The rooms at Norfolk House were spotlessly clean and sanitized, ensuring our peace of mind during our stay. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast, cooked fresh to order, was delicious and served promptly by the friendly staff. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool during the late September heatwave. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be recommending it for future stays. a fantastic experience.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast that included Oat milk and gluten-free bread. the staff was very friendly that made me feel welcomed and relaxed.

There was some traffic noise in the morning because the hotel was situated near main roads and arriving aircraft. the hairdryer was not available in the bedroom, and the WIFI connection could be unreliable at times.

I recently stayed at Norfolk House for a short trip with my father. The hotel's location near the river Thames and away from the busy road was perfect. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were lovely, with a cozy period style and thoughtful touches. The bathroom was attractive and had ample hot water. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options. it was a great value for money and a convenient base for exploring Windsor and Hampton Court Palace.
