I recently stayed at North Downs Barn for one night and it was absolutely fantastic. The barn conversion is stunning, with beautiful festive decorations. The hosts, Alison and Paul, provided excellent service and the breakfast in the tasteful dining room was delightful. The room was comfortable and I loved the relaxing sitting area by the fire. Additionally, the location was perfect for a pleasant 2-hour walk just outside the property. It was a truly fabulous stay and I highly recommend it.

The owner was incredibly friendly and considerate, even contacting us to ensure we wouldn't be locked out in the cold weather. the breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and delicious. the property is in a great location for exploring Rochester and the Medway area. We highly recommend North Downs Barn to other travelers.

The B & B in Rochester was superb from start to end. The hosts went above and beyond, heating up my microwave meal and delivering it to my door. Breakfast was delicious and they even arranged for me to have the dining room to myself. The owners were incredibly accommodating, offering to refund my second night when I mentioned the distance from my work. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the location was stunning, and the hospitality was top-notch. Can't wait to visit again!

The owner, Alison, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extra special. The breakfast, made to order, was absolutely delicious. The bed was comfortable and the use of the fridge was a convenient touch. I had a wonderful experience at North Downs Barn and highly recommend it.

I got excellent value for my money at North Downs Barn. The room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view. The location was beautiful, surrounded by the North Downs and vineyards. The staff treated me with great hospitality, making sure my stay was tailored to my needs.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained. the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. the beautiful surroundings and free parking added to the convenience and charm of our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in an old flint barn. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed at this fantastic B&B while working at the local Hospital. The location couldn't be more convenient, right on the hospital grounds. The room was massive with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, and everything was clean and tidy. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast portions were a bit small, but the cooking was excellent. The personal touches and lovely furniture added a cozy atmosphere.
