The hotel's cleanliness and beautiful gardens were impressive. We enjoyed being able to walk through the gardens into town or down to the sea. The breakfast was delicious, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Northfield and had a lovely time. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from town and the sea. The gardens were beautiful and our room had stunning views. The beds were incredibly comfortable and our room had everything we needed. The staff were attentive and polite, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. it was a wonderful experience.

We had an excellent 3-day stay in a spacious room. The Super Kingsize bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to both the seafront and the town center. We enjoyed easy access to shops, restaurants, and the picturesque harbor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the bonus of having a swimming pool, hot tub, and steam room on-site.

The dinner options were decent, but not extraordinary.

Loved my New Year getaway! The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the attractions. Plus, we had a delicious breakfast with options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. And the icing on the cake? The indoor pool, where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Just what we needed for a perfect holiday!

There were a couple of downsides. The shower pressure was a bit temperamental, especially in the mornings when it was really low.

We booked the Northfield for our 2nd marriage honeymoon and we are glad we did. The staff were amazingly friendly and could not have provided a better service. Our room was very clean and very spacious with an extremely comfy bed. The old fashioned lift added a charming touch and the gardens were beautiful. The hotel's great location made it easy to access the beach front and local shops and restaurants.
