Spent an amazing Christmas weekend here! Loved the convenient location, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The underground station was also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. And the apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home!

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the WiFi in Room 11 was quite poor.

Well located for Ladbroke Grove tube and Notting Hill. Immaculate, modern, well-furnished studio. Convenient basement level apartment, ideal for a short stay. Easy access to the city via Hammersmith&City line. Small but clean bathroom, provided essentials and hairdryer. Super responsive management, even outside regular hours. Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. a perfect apartment near attractions and amenities.

Convenient location with easy access to transportation and Portobello market. the hot shower was a refreshing treat after a long day of exploring. the apartment was clean and situated in a family-friendly area, with plenty of shops and convenience stores nearby.

The steep stairs were a major inconvenience, especially for older guests with heavy luggage and no assistance. the lack of air-conditioning was also disappointing, as the fan provided was insufficient.

The apartment was beautifully renovated and extremely clean. The layout with the separate bedroom was a nice touch. It was also conveniently located close to the tube station.

Felt fine, no complaint.

I had the joy of washing dishes every meal with only 2 of each item provided. No jug for my precious water and useless tea sachets without milk.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with clear instructions provided in advance. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

Lacked privacy as bedroom windows faced a communal yard. No natural light and no breeze, as blinds had to be kept shut.

This serviced apartment was brand new and super clean. The location in a beautiful, high-end neighborhood was brilliant, with easy access to transportation and very close to the Ladbroke Grove tube station. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, and there was even a hairdryer provided. The apartment felt like a hotel stay, with all the amenities of a hotel room. The kitchen was separate and well-equipped. The best part was the access to a private park and a lovely backyard terrace. The staff was helpful and responsive, promptly addressing any minor maintenance issues that arose.

All was good.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, situated in a lovely neighborhood with a private park nearby. It is also very convenient as it is close to Ladbrook Grove tube station and the famous Portobello market. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a separate kitchen that is well-equipped for making snacks. The apartment also has access to a nice backyard terrace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.

The WiFi in Room 11 was very unreliable and there was no phone reception due to it being a basement flat. This made it difficult to stay connected and communicate with others during my stay.

Complimentary WiFi that requires a magician to find a signal. The property is conveniently located in a busy area, perfect for people-watching. The self-check-in system is a delightful puzzle to solve.

Why have air conditioning when you can have a stuffy room and a window that barely opens? Such a thoughtful touch!
