The buzzing bar offers the perfect place for a fun night out. the hotel has the ALLSAFE label, ensuring cleanliness. the Customs Shed restaurant serves a delicious blend of local and international cuisine.

Who needs hot water or good service anyways?

Spacious room, comfy bed, attentive housekeeping. Alex at the restaurant was helpful, front desk responsive and respectful. Easy walk to town. Beautiful pool, lovely aesthetic, plentiful and tasty breakfast.

Stayed for work for two nights. Great location with a supermarket nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and super comfy, offering modern amenities. the breakfast was excellent – the scrambled eggs were delicious! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Upon arrival, check-in took longer than expected. Initially, there were no towels in the room, but the issue was quickly resolved.

The room air con was as reliable as Welsh weather, leaving us and my wee one a tad toasty. Room service arrived colder than a Cardiff morning, and we had a tap dance with a broken bath tap.
