I loved the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions within a 2 km radius. The facilities were fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The bar had a live singer in the evenings, creating a great atmosphere. And for those who enjoy swimming, there is an indoor pool to enjoy.

That the beds weren't very comfortable for me personally. However, it's important to note that comfort preferences can differ from person to person.

I was delighted with my recent stay at a hotel in Edinburgh. The lobby had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the secure storage room for our bags, which saved us money on luggage storage elsewhere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Castle and the old town. After a long day of exploring, we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool and some relaxation in the jacuzzi. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large television and a convenient fridge. Despite the busy breakfast area, the staff worked hard to ensure everyone was served efficiently, and the range of food was impressive. The overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel were excellent. Despite a minor inconvenience with pool overcrowding and limited parking, I had a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated just on the edge of the centre of town, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The beautiful Old Town and the bustling Grassmarket were fairly close by, offering a great variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

In terms of improvements, the hotel could benefit from providing additional customer service training to their staff. While our overall experience was great, there were a few instances where the communication and approach could have been improved.

The Novotel Edinburgh Centre exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, staff were friendly and attentive. The modern rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The WiFi signal was strong and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the sights of Edinburgh.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated near the University and just on the edge of the center of town. We loved being in the heart of the beautiful Old Town and it was convenient for walking around the historical area of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. They were always friendly and professional, fulfilling our requests with ease. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities such as an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and we appreciated the soundproofed rooms for a peaceful night's sleep. we were impressed by the excellent customer service and the convenient location of this hotel.

In terms of cons, we have absolutely no complaints. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.
