There was no parking on-site and we had to use the nearby parking meters which only accepted cash. the noise level from neighboring rooms was quite high, but thankfully we brought earplugs.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the friendly staff who were always helpful. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly cooked options to choose from.

There were a few minor issues. the towels in the room were stained, and there was no tea spoon provided for making coffee.

In regards to the service, there were some slow moments when one member of staff would have to manage both the bar and restaurant. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place to our friends because of its great facilities and location, especially the fact that they only change towels upon request.

had an amazing honeymoon at a hotel in Ipswich, and Novotel was even better than before. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for our family of four. The gym and bar area were great for relaxing and the kids loved the Xbox and books. We were really impressed!
