our recent stay in leeds was fantastic. novotel went above and beyond, adding an extra night and giving us a free room upgrade. the staff were quick to fix any issues and had amazing customer service. overall, a great experience.

The staff surprised me with a birthday card and cake in my room, it made my stay unforgettable. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel is situated in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Even though it's on a steep narrow hill into the car park, it wasn't hard to get to. The service was fantastic, from the bell staff/porters to the housekeeping and laundry. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the welcome drink. the staff who provide really good service made our stay here enjoyable.

We had no complaints about this place and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

wifi didn't work

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the station and central Leeds. The hotel's luggage storage facilities were excellent for our trekking gear. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with air conditioning and a view of the car park. The superior room had a comfortable large bed and modern fittings, including gadgets like a Bose iPod dock and free wifi. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options and efficient staff. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

During our stay, we were pleased with the hotel's location in a peaceful area conveniently close to the city centre. The hotel's proximity to the railway station was an added bonus, making travel around the city a breeze. Our spacious room was modern and clean, complete with a mini-fridge and coffee machine. We were disappointed to discover some renovation work in progress on the upper floors, which created an unpleasant walking environment for guests.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with some complementary decorations in the room and festive treats on arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right next to the train station and a short walk from the main street. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a cozy bed that made for a comfortable stay.

We did have a negative experience with one of the guests who was being difficult and confrontational, but the staff did not seem to handle the situation as effectively as we would have liked. It put a slight damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay.
