We had a great stay here, so close to the airport and perfect for our early morning flight. The staff were really friendly and helpful with dry cleaning and laundry. The room was great too with nice touches like ironing facilities and air conditioning, plus a flat-screen tv and free toiletries. The dining restaurant was really tasty and the bar/lounge area was a nice touch. The leisure facilities were a great bonus with free internet access and the 24-hour reception was really convenient.

However, the front desk staff at Novotel quickly resolved the issue by providing us with a double room at a nearby Novotel. The room was clean and quiet, and we were impressed with the nice bathroom. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Novotel.
