We had a fantastic stay in this city hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with comfortable beds. The curtains blocked out almost all light, perfect for light sleepers like us. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, both from the outside traffic noise and from noise in the corridors. The location was ideal, as it was near the center of this bustling city. We were able to easily access transportation, with the tram just a short distance away. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were sufficient for our needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a discount and a free drink voucher when our original room was unavailable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, including a delicious English breakfast and fresh sandwiches and muffins. Additionally, the checkout time of 12pm was much appreciated.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, situated right in the heart of the city. I loved that it was in a quiet area, away from noisy traffic. It was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Being next to Chinatown was a bonus, as there were plenty of delicious dining options nearby.

novotel manchester centre exceeded my expectations for a relaxing holiday. the room was nicely furnished with a fridge and separate toilet. the staff were so kind and even organized a room with a bath for me.

Noisy at times.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything. The staff was top-notch with great interpersonal skills. The room was fantastic too - it had air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, in-room safe and the added bonus of soundproofed walls ensuring peace and quiet, all of which enhanced my comfort and made my stay feel luxurious. The restaurant was very good as was the bar which stayed open late; it was great to relax there with a drink in hand. I was impressed with the wide range of amenities provided and the cleanliness of the room was spot-on as well.
