The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to main routes and close proximity to the city center and Metro Arena. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and was of high quality.

The parking charges for short stays seemed quite high.

The hotel's location close to shops at Kingston park was very convenient for me. The swimming pool was a great feature for my family, especially with two kids. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The staff provided great service and were very friendly.

my recent stay at novotel in newcastle was outstanding. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded my room. the spaciousness, comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom exceeded my expectations. the pool was a nice touch too. i can't wait to go back.

The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of food and drinks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the use of the facilities, especially the pool. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, and the transport links to the city were excellent.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with friendly staff, a comfortable and clean room, and a convenient location close to public transportation. the gym was available for guests to use, with enough equipment for a good workout, and the pool was a nice bonus for relaxation.

The gym and pool access required going to the reception for an access code and sign-in, which was a bit of an inconvenience. the gym was also small with limited equipment, and the pool was decent but small and could get crowded during peak times.

We loved the comfortable bed and the spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with parking available on site. We also enjoyed the free internet access and the variety of options for breakfast. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere between the guests was also very welcoming and friendly, which was perfect for a solo traveler like me. I especially loved the bar area, where I could enjoy a drink and strike up conversations with other guests. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price I paid, and they were clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the great breakfast they served, which was a perfect start to my day.

Although I had a great experience overall, I wish breakfast had been included in the accommodation. It would have been a nice addition to the already fantastic service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a great layout, including a separate toilet and hall entrance which helped to block out any noise from the hallway. The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic amenity, providing an enjoyable and relaxing activity during my stay.

the location was perfect with restaurants, retail park, bar, and metro stop nearby. the lobby was lovely, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering good value. the bed was especially comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the dining room, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. the room was clean, and although the corridors were a bit worn, it didn't affect our overall experience. We booked an executive room and it was worth it. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
