We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the M1 and not far to drive into Long Eaton centre. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and good value. We also enjoyed the convenient car park and the proximity to Nottingham city centre, which allowed us to easily explore and attend a festival during the day.

The limited food menu at weekends was a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Long Eaton for a quick business trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, quickly resolving a small issue with my room and even offering a free drink voucher as an apology. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the recently renovated rooms and corridors were both attractive and cozy. The location was also convenient, just a short drive from the motorway. a great stay!

This made it easy for me to start my day off right with a delicious and satisfying meal.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. there was a lack of sufficient disabled parking bays, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was reasonably priced, especially if booked in advance. Additionally, the staff were all very pleasant, and we appreciated the free parking. we had a very good experience at this hotel.
