I recently had a quick and relaxing getaway with my husband and daughter for the Easter break. We chose this hotel because of its pool and spa facilities, and I must say, we were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean and not too busy, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was right next to the coach stop from the airport and just a street away from the main shopping area. I also appreciated the fact that the toilet was separate from the bath/shower room, adding a touch of convenience to our stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, particularly Jesus. The room was incredibly comfortable and we loved having both a bath and a shower. The gym and pool were the perfect way to start our mornings before indulging in the delicious and high-quality breakfast. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city on foot and there were plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities.

I gotta say, we got a great bang for our buck at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a killer view of the city. The location was spot-on for exploring the town, and the staff treated us like old friends.

The food for breakfast could've been better if the bacon was truly back bacon, instead of streaky. Just a small improvement, but overall still a solid stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being right next to the train station and within walking distance of the town center. It was so convenient to have everything I needed, from shops to restaurants, just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with a well-maintained gym and comfortable beds. During our New Year's stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room on the 9th floor. the room had all the necessary amenities and was clean overall. the breakfast selection was fabulous, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. the evening staff were super nice and very helpful.

There were a few minor issues that let our experience down. the separate toilet lacked a sink, which was inconvenient and unhygienic.

We loved the central location of the hotel, it was perfect for exploring the city. the spa facilities were not too bad either, a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. the hotel itself was a nice size, not too big or too small, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the bar staff were quite slow and inattentive, it took forever to get their attention and actually get served.

Every course was carefully checked and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my three-day conference. The staff's attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being made me feel welcome and confident in their care. This level of accommodation is rare and truly exemplary.
