A charming, beautifully decorated Victorian house with a warm and friendly atmosphere. the owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my New Year's stay all the more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with key attractions like the Hoe, the Barbican, and the city center all within easy walking distance. It was so convenient to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were accommodating to special requests.

One minor issue was that the blind in my room didn't fit properly, letting in some light around the edges. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

I recently stayed at this elegant, historic hotel for 3 nights. The location was excellent, near the Hoe and city. The beautiful period building was lovingly maintained, with pristine white bedlinen, towels, and spotless ensuite facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the tea/coffee making facilities were great, along with a useful small fridge. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The staff were friendly and the owner was welcoming and helpful. It truly felt like a home from home, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
