We had a wonderful time during our stay! the hotel had beautiful grounds with a lovely view of the river. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the spa, especially the hot tub, was a great feature that we really enjoyed. Plus, the breakfast pantry served delicious food and the coffee was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise.

The only downside was that the bed was rather uncomfortable. However, this minor issue didn't take away from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Upon arrival at The Oakley Court, I was immediately captivated by the beautiful venue. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying a delicious lunch, and taking in the charm of the gardens and the Thames was a perfect start to our stay. The car service to Heathrow was an added bonus, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.

I was disappointed to find that there was no elevator at the hotel, making it difficult for me to navigate the stairs with my cane. Carrying our bags down was also a challenge.

The room amenities are top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area and an in-room safe. The hotel also offers great leisure facilities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff could be more proactive and service-minded. However, this is a minor downside and I still highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious comfort and quality services.

our upgraded river view room at oakley court was incredibly comfortable and the staff were attentive and accommodating. the hotel's location and ambiance created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. the exceptional breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay.

Complimentary mince pies and mulled wine were nice, along with convenient location for visiting the Christmas markets. the scenery of the nearby riverside was beautiful.

The room was tiny and lacked proper heating. the noise from other guests and parties kept us up most of the night.

Everyone friendly, Ann exceptional, beautiful room with amazing view, clean and equipped, lovely pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast.
