The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the beach and on the seafront. It is also conveniently situated just off the central pier, making it easy to access all the attractions. The hosts at the hotel are incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is not only beautifully presented but also delicious, satisfying all cravings in the morning.

One downside is that the shower in one of the rooms went cold and didn't heat up again, causing inconvenience for one guest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, right on the beachfront and just a short walk from the central pier. The convenience of being right opposite a tram stop was also a big plus. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with an orthopaedic bed that made for a fantastic night's sleep. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of options including croissants, juices, tea, scones. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the seafront bedroom with a view of the ocean was a dream to wake up to.

The hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Free parking is also available which is really convenient. The breakfast was tasty and it was great to have a choice of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was quite small and cramped. It was also quite noisy at night which made it difficult to sleep.

The hostess was absolutely wonderful, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Our little girl was obsessed with the hotel's kitten, and the host had so much patience with her. The breakfast was a hit, especially for our little one who loved the chocolate waffles and Nutella. They even had a play area for the children. We felt so well taken care of, with toys, books, and games for the whole family. The location was perfect, and parking was available right in front of the hotel. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
