The view from my room at Ocean House was absolutely stunning, overlooking the sea and the harbor. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Drawbacks: However, the bathroom had a strong smell of ammonia, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, the shower was not well-maintained, with dirty tiles and a neglected shower hose.

We were impressed by the modern kitchen and bathroom facilities at Ocean House. The security measures in place made us feel safe during our stay, and the proximity to the harbor, beach, and restaurants was unbeatable. The view of the city center was a nice bonus.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. We also appreciated being close to the center of town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the communal garden area provided a lovely space for relaxation and socializing. Oh, and the on-street parking was a great benefit, with up to two hours of free parking available nearby.

It would have been even better if there had been better soundproofing between the rooms. Sometimes we could hear other guests' conversations or doors slamming, which was a bit disturbing.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the town center, guildhall, and harbor. It's easy to explore the area as there is on-street parking available for up to two hours for free from the room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with spotless bed linen and towels. The communal kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook our own meals. The view from the bay window and balcony was fantastic, and binoculars were provided for a closer look.

The lack of hangers in the wardrobe was a disappointment.

My recent stay at Ocean House in St Ives was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Despite the pictures not accurately representing the room, I still found it comfortable and reasonably priced. The sea view room with a balcony was definitely worth it. The staff were considerate and the access to the room was hassle-free with parking right outside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable, cozy room with a clean, high-pressure bathroom. Great location with a fantastic view from up high. Close to town center and perfect for hiking the stunning South West Coast Path. Added touch of antibacterial wipes for extra peace of mind.

The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of the stay. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the town and train station, although there were quite a lot of steps to climb. Another advantage was the self check-in system, which was convenient and hassle-free.

The mattress provided was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult for both of us to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were not as spacious as they appeared in the pictures, and the double bed was of low quality and too small for two people to sleep comfortably.

The bedroom at Ocean House was comfortable, quiet, and cosy, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The house itself was well maintained, and the communication with the staff via email was excellent. I also appreciated the useful equipment in the house, which made my stay even more convenient.

While there were a couple of drawbacks, they were not major inconveniences. Some cutlery was missing, requiring hand washing instead of using the dishwasher.

The room was clean and comfortable with no disturbances from other guests. The communal kitchen was spotlessly clean and convenient. Great location just a 10-minute walk from the center of St Ives. Easy check-in process with electronic pin pad entry. a recommendable stay for longer term business travellers.
