During my recent stay at Ocean Stays Hotel, I was impressed by the clear and detailed user manual provided for self check-in. It made the process quick and easy, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel apartment was also outstanding, with all facilities in excellent working condition. The comfortable bed and extra pillows provided added to the overall comfort of the room. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare my own meals, which was a great convenience. The inclusion of Netflix and various TV channels made entertainment options readily available. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby sights and attractions.

One minor drawback during my stay was the limited amount of instant coffee provided. As a couple staying for three days, we were only given three packets, which seemed insufficient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to all amenities, including the city centre and the beautiful coastline. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with added amenities such as a fan, microwave, and hair straighteners. The online contactless check-in system was efficient and the management promptly resolved any issues that arose.

It would have been beneficial to have a member of staff available during specific hours instead of relying solely on phone communication.

The room and bathroom were clean and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the Hoe park and the city center. It was also a short walk to the Barbican and Royal William Yard, making it convenient for exploring the area. having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great convenience, especially when traveling with a toddler.

The check-in process was a bit problematic, with a misleading online form that caused confusion. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions.

the hotel manager, Barrie, along with the admin team and housekeepers, were incredibly accommodating. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a surprisingly big shower and great water pressure. the location was also perfect, with Plymouth Hoe and Barbican just a 5-minute walk away. it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend Ocean Stays to others.

I got great value for my money at Ocean Stays Hotel in Plymouth. The room was clean, luxurious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by adding more variety or offering healthier options.

The small kitchenette with crockery and cutlery was very useful, and the bathroom was clear and well set out. The beds were comfy and the room was the perfect size for two people. The room was not affected by outside noise, and the check-in procedure was straightforward. I had a great experience and would definitely come again.

Tidy, secure, bright property. Room had fan, microwave, TV, fridge. Moved to bigger room with workspace. £5/day parking permits or £2 overnight. Staff accommodating.

The room on the ground floor was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a great shower. The location was ideal, close to Tesco's and just a short walk to the water. It had more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel, which I loved. The clear instructions provided in the email made everything easy, from parking to using the coffee machine. And in the hot weather, the electric fan provided was a blessing. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
