We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We loved sitting out on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went out of their way to assist us. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was top-notch. it was a fantastic experience!

our recent stay in malmesbury was lovely, but our experience at old bell exceeded all expectations. close to the abbey, incredible food, and a fantastic french chef made our celebrations truly unforgettable. the hotel had a warm and comfortable ambiance, and the staff, especially oscar and the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The decor was lovely, large and spotless room with tea and coffee facilities, immaculate bathroom with ample towels and dressing gowns. Friendly staff, reasonable drink prices in the garden area. Delicious pancakes for breakfast, attentive staff. Check out time convenient.

We had such a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff here are incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel instantly relaxed and part of the "family". The spaciousness of our room and the thoughtful attention to small details really enhanced our stay. We were also impressed by the delicious breakfast and dinner options. The location of this place at the center of town made it very convenient for exploring. Additionally, the staff were excellent at explaining things and had a natural friendly manner. we highly recommend this hotel to all.

We only had one small disappointment, as we had hoped to have a light meal at the Tyger Tyger restaurant, but they unfortunately did not offer sandwiches after 6.00pm. However, this should not deter you from visiting this fantastic hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for celebrating the New Year. It was situated in a charming town, surrounded by beautiful scenery. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. One of the best aspects of staying here was the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor issues. the kettle in the room was a bit confusing to use, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment.

We stayed at Old Bell for a weekend getaway. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was lovely. The hotel's outdoor bar and evening BBQs added a special touch, and the view of the nearby abbey was amazing. We'll definitely be back!

The room we stayed in could have used more electric sockets, considering the number of gadgets we had to charge. there was no mirror available while using the hairdryer.

The hotel is located in the centre of a pretty town, close to the abbey. There are plenty of restaurants and places of interest to explore nearby. The room was comfortable with a nice large bathroom. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with local produce. The hotel also had beautiful artwork and furniture, adding to its charm and character.

One negative aspect was that the staff seemed disinterested and unhappy, which affected the overall experience.
