stayed at fleece last time in stroud, pleasant surprise this visit, lovely pub with great staff, huge apartment and good value for money. would use again.

We had a fantastic time staying at this charming pub with beautiful traditional sandstone building. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We stayed in a spacious two bedroom apartment, which had a separate lounge area and a well-designed kitchenette. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the shower-room was spacious. The location was perfect for us as we were on a stopover to Cornwall. We also enjoyed spending time in the enclosed garden area. it was a great experience.

We did notice that the mattresses in one of the rooms were quite uncomfortable, with noticeable springs.

I recently stayed at the Old Fleece Apartments for a few nights while exploring the area. The location was ideal for my needs, with easy access to Stroud and the surrounding areas. Despite being on a main road, the road noise was not overly bothersome. The apartment itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The food at the pub below was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked fish. The staff were welcoming and the facilities were lovely, including the comfortable beds and the well-appointed kitchen. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Old Fleece Apartments. The apartment was surprisingly spacious with comfortable double beds and ample storage space. The shared garden was perfect for my energetic dog to run around. I also appreciated the homely atmosphere of the apartment. it exceeded my expectations and I'm already planning to book again.

One very specific situation: I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff when I encountered a minor issue with the hot tap in the bath. They promptly repaired it within two days, ensuring that I had hot water for the remainder of my stay.

The accommodations were well-appointed and modern, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the genial hosts and the bus stop conveniently located right outside, making it easy to explore the area.

The shower issue was a serious concern. During my shower, water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and even escaped through a ceiling light on the lower floor.

We had a great time at the apartments, they were spacious and nicely furnished with character. The open plan living room/kitchenette was well-designed and perfect for our needs. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information before our arrival. We enjoyed the pub below, which served good food and had a nice atmosphere. we had a comfortable stay with facilities that suited our preferences for karaoke and casinos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic apartment in a lovely old building over a country pub. The staff at the Old Fleece were amazing and incredibly friendly, making us feel super welcome. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, renovated and clean. The large towels provided were a nice touch, and the check-in process was simple. The price was also very good, and although we didn't try the bar/restaurant, it looked very impressive. it was one of the best accommodations we've ever experienced.

Located in a charming pub, this stopover to Cornwall is a real treat. The spacious apartment offers a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a lovely enclosed garden area. The pub downstairs serves delicious food and has a great wine list. Previous guests have praised the excellent service and the availability of tea and coffee in the kitchen. With easy access to major streaming apps on the large television, it's the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Only observation was that there were some noise issues due to road and construction nearby.
