The Old Hall was amazing value for money, with a great room and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the staff treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay.

The lack of shelving in the shower, which made it a bit inconvenient to keep going back and forth for toiletries during the morning meal.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa facilities and pool were clean and easily accessible. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety and was satisfying. a pleasant stay.

Clean and spacious rooms. the staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. They treated us like royalty. the restaurant served top-quality food at reasonable prices. the inclusive breakfast was amazing with a wide range of choices. the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day. Towels were provided, which was a nice touch. the rooms were large and clean, with a great shower. the mini fridge was a convenient feature.

There was a lack of soundproofing, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms. Limited lighting and electricity in the hotel was inconvenient, and there were some issues with the hairdryer and TV in the room.

The room we booked at Old Hall was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a separate seating area and toilet. As someone with Arthritis, the Aloe Vera mattress provided exceptional comfort for my joints. The swimming pool and spa services were fantastic, especially the discounted neck and shoulder massage. The restaurant served exceptional breakfast and dinner, and the staff were all very friendly. Exploring the nearby Horsey Gap seal colony and Caister-on-sea beach was a fantastic experience. our stay was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel located on a road junction, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area of Caister. The hotel had a very pleasant restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. there was a local shop nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities. The room I stayed in was excellent, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and friendly service. The breakfast provided was always amazing, and the views from the hotel were lovely. I also made use of the superb spa facilities, which added to the relaxing experience.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and beds. the rooms were well lit and recently decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the hotel had a lovely swimming pool, which was a great way to relax and unwind. the location was also a major advantage, being close to a supermarket and offering easy parking for guests.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of air conditioning in some rooms. Although the weather wasn't hot, the rooms were still hot and stuffy, even with the window open.

The location was perfect for us as we were able to easily explore the nearby coastal areas and spot some amazing seals. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the pool and spa facilities, which were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The inclusive breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we can't wait to come back!

Breakfast at Branford's restaurant was delicious and of high quality. our experience at Old Hall was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

Glad to say it was everything expected, as it was very close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. The bar area was also described as very good, serving a lovely pint of Guinness. Additionally, the hotel had a spa facility, although it was not used by this reviewer.

I love this place. I come here quarterly for work and it is my preferred hotel within 20 minutes of the office. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is excellent, and the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a UK hotel. The leisure facilities, especially the pool area, are clean and relaxing. The beds are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the hotel has a homely atmosphere that makes it a lovely break.

The gym was quite small and basic, and the changing rooms in the pool area needed some attention and updating. They were quite cramped, with locks and lockers showing signs of wear and tear.
