The friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and Cotswolds ambiance made for a delightful stay. The feature room was small but bright, with a lovely outdoor patio. The restaurant served excellent food, including delicious soup. The breakfast selection was top-notch. The spa was a great facility, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and a beautiful location in the heart of the countryside. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious options.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the mattress and pillows in our room were too soft and in need of replacement.

We had a fantastic time staying at a charming hotel nestled in a picturesque setting by a river. The rooms were clean, bright, and the beds were comfy. We loved the fair amenities in the bathroom, and the bathrobes provided added a nice touch. The hotel's garden was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed spending a sunny afternoon there. On top of that, the Swan Pub, with its old-world charm and assortment of board games, was a delightful place to unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Had a great time at this beautiful hotel set in a charming and peaceful village. the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and recently refurbished. the hotel grounds were impressive, with lots of activities to enjoy such as tennis and walking paths.

The spa was quite expensive and not included with the room. there was a wedding on the site during our stay which resulted in a lack of sleep due to the disruption.

The one issue I had was with the service, as my coffee and tea orders were sometimes forgotten in the lobby area. this one minor issue did not detract from my exceptional experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday.
