The hotel staff were incredibly polite and attentive, even before our arrival. They called us to confirm our arrival time and were sympathetic and professional when we had to cancel last minute. The owners were extremely friendly and always took the time to chat with us, without being intrusive. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to a tram station, making transportation convenient. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the seafront, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The room was small and hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

The bathroom in the room I stayed in was quite small, with the hand basin located in the bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like family. The breakfast provided was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The location was perfect, as it was in a very quiet area but still close to the pier's and falls. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
