The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the center of town and just a few yards from the shops. It's so convenient to have bus stops right outside the entrance too. The rooms on the 1st floor, although lacking air conditioning or fans, had nice modern bathrooms which seemed to have been recently updated. The basic amenities were provided and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast at about 10 in the morning, although not included in the price, was offered at a good price and was definitely worth it.
