I recently stayed at a beautiful B&B in Workington called Osborne House. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including a lovely coffee machine, tea, and biscuits. The hosts, Rob and Di, were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious and set me up for the day ahead. I especially loved the full English breakfast with locally sourced produce. it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Osborne House B&B.

I had a lovely time at this guesthouse in Cumbria, nestled amongst the beautiful hills. The location was convenient as it offered a lucky parking space in the town centre. it was easy to hop over to the Lake District from here. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable, but also boasted a magnificent view of the mountains. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the hosts, who made sure I felt welcome and attended to. The breakfast they served was delicious, and the coffee was a treat. The facility included a coffee machine with a selection of pods, reminiscent of a five-star hotel.

The entry door to the house was a bit narrow, but manageable if I took off my backpack.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with luxurious bedding and pillows. the breakfast was outstanding, cooked to perfection and made with high-quality ingredients. The location was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near the town center, allowing us easy access to shops and bars.

Honestly, we struggled to find anything negative about our stay. Everything was fantastic, and we couldn't think of any improvements that could be made.

Loved the cozy and charming dining room with the log burner, it created such a warm atmosphere during breakfast. The owners were excellent hosts and went out of their way to accommodate my vegan diet, which was a huge plus for me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice fresh smell and a well-decorated traditional style. I also appreciated the smart TV and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The allocated parking space was convenient, and the quick walking access to the town center was a great bonus. the customer service was outstanding, and the hosts really made an effort to make my stay special.

That the B&B might not be suitable for those who struggle with stairs, but other than that, I couldn't fault my experience. It's definitely a place I would recommend if you want to escape the chain hotels and enjoy a charming and cozy stay with great customer service.
