I enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area, perfect for spying on passersby. The complimentary breakfast tray in bed was a delightful touch.

Well, who needs salt, pepper, and dishwasher tablets anyway? And resetting the pesky boiler made me feel like a handywoman extraordinaire.

The cottage had fabulous views of the canal and had a peaceful location. It was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Loads of personal touches and breakfast treats were provided. The hosts even provided a dog bed and treats for our furry friend. There were great walks nearby, perfect for us and our dog. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this stunning cottage! The views were amazing and there were lovely walks around the canal. The nearby pub was fabulous and the hosts were incredibly friendly. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and had lots of personal touches. The breakfast treats were a wonderful touch, as were the dog bed and treats for our furry friend. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect romantic getaway for us as a couple.

We felt so at home during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic summer getaway at this peaceful and well-equipped cottage along the Caledonian Canal. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby walks. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including a lovely breakfast tray and a cozy fireplace. Our dog felt right at home too, with a dog bed and treats provided. Cannot fault this accommodation.
