Sleeping in a castle at Otterburn was a dream come true! the staff welcomed us warmly and the room was clean and well-equipped. Dinner was fantastic and reasonably priced. the location is perfect for exploring Kielder, and the private grounds with a pond were a lovely bonus. We even had the pleasure of witnessing a badger family. the castle's collaboration with wildlife protection was a highlight, as was the charming bird wallpaper in our room. Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the cozy fireplace to the welcoming owners. We didn't want to leave!
