The room was very comfortable and clean, with plush new furnishings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel had plenty of parking spaces, making it easy to come and go. the location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities within a short distance. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were a few negative aspects that could be improved. the service could be slow at times, requiring a bit of patience.

Special shoutout to Logan at the bar who introduced us to an incredible drink we didn't know we'd love! The hotel's location was perfect, close to Bicester Village. The food was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room and facilities was impeccable. a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations.
