Great central location, just a short walk from the railway station and Cardiff Castle. the breakfast was fantastic, with a delicious blend of Welsh and Spanish cuisine. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adjusting the menu to cater to individual needs.

Towels were unnecessarily changed despite the hotel's policy of only changing them if left on the floor. This could be improved to reduce unnecessary waste.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent, with a delicious variety of Spanish-inspired dishes. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel had a lovely communal lounge area for guests to relax in.

The lack of parking arrangements was a downside, as we had to park in a public car park across the street and pay regular fare. Additionally, some of the room amenities had issues, such as a stiff bathroom tap and a half-broken bedside lamp.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved the shared kitchen and outside area, perfect for enjoying a drink and soaking up the sun. The location couldn't be better, with shops and bars right on our doorstep. a fantastic experience for our family.
