We were pleasantly surprised by our Christmas stay at this hotel. the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, creating a lovely relaxing atmosphere. the generous tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch, just like being at home. the unadulterated TV service with all channels available was a pleasant surprise. the ample parking space was another advantage that we enjoyed.

The bathroom taps were loose and we informed the management about it. the hot water pressure was very low, which was also brought to their attention.

If you're looking for a peaceful overnight stay near the M6, Park Broom Lodge is surrounded by fields, making it a perfect retreat. The rooms are charming and well-maintained, with beautiful wooden carved beds and furniture. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Take a short walk around the area and enjoy the breathtaking view of the lovely garden, complete with two adorable dogs.

It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Value for money was excellent, with a huge superking size bed and large room with excellent facilities and cleanliness. The location was great, with a peaceful garden and no traffic noise despite being near a main road. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and attentive, and even gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions.

This hotel was a great location for our Christmas stay, with easy access to local shopping and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the cozy atmosphere created by the holiday decorations.

The heating system in our room wasn't the best, leaving us a bit chilly at times despite our efforts to adjust the temperature. the walls were fairly thin, and we were sometimes disturbed by noise from other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. the atmosphere was beautiful and the room was spacious, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. the location was great, with a picturesque view from the window. the food was divine, with a delicious selection at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this 5-star place and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being near enough for sightseeing in the city center. The hotel has a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Some rooms offer a unique view of the field with the occasional bird coming right up to the roof above.

The hotel offered a very comfortable and clean stay. the room we had was spacious and had a balcony, which was a nice bonus. the bed was large and comfortable, and we had a big television in the room. the breakfast options were excellent, with a good variety to choose from.

The hotel is located on a busy main road, so there was some traffic noise which could disrupt sleep. the room was a bit warm and opening the window didn't help due to the traffic noise.

The staff were welcoming and kind, even keeping the restaurant open for us despite the late time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with double beds, a TV, and a private bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the food served at both dinner and breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. a great stay and service for the price.

This was our second time staying at this charming lodge and once again, we were delighted with our experience. The rooms at Park Broom Lodge are lovely and spacious, and we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with a 4 poster bed and a balcony. Despite the lodge being located on a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The owners and Lorna, the landlady, were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast options available, with a variety of hot and cold choices. our stay was exceptional and we will definitely be returning in the future.
