All was perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location was just perfect, as it was within walking distance to the town and close to the seafront. I also loved that it was tucked away from the main road, so it was nice and peaceful. The service at this place was top-notch, with the hosts being friendly and welcoming. They even provided a parking permit for me, so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff went above and beyond by getting in touch with me about an item I left behind, and they are even mailing it back to me. Excellent service all around.

The rooms were modern, warm, clean and comfortable. Mags and Paul were so welcoming and made us feel at home from the very start. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Whitby harbour.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at Park Dene. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Pavilion on the West Cliff and other attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed including tea and coffee making facilities. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had with the entry codes. They even went above and beyond by contacting me about a phone charger I left behind and are sending it back to me. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. a great experience at Park Dene!

I recently stayed at Park Dene in Whitby for our 10-year anniversary. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was easy, thanks to clear instructions. The staff was helpful and catered to our needs for extra amenities like coffee and milk. The location was perfect, just a lovely 10-minute walk to the main area along the seafront. it was a fantastic stay in a very nice place.

I was welcomed with a cup of tea and delicious biscuits upon arrival. The owners took the time to chat with me and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, even offering to make restaurant reservations or provide recommendations. The tastefully decorated rooms and their helpful suggestions for places of interest made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at Park Dene Bed & Breakfast.

Spent Xmas at this B&B and had a delightful time. the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even prepared a special Xmas breakfast for us. the room was clean, cozy and had lovely decor. the B&B is located in a prime location, just a short walk away from the town center and the west cliff. An added bonus was the availability of parking right outside the B&B.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that some of the furniture in the room looked a bit dated. However, this did not diminish our overall experience and we would definitely stay here again.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the well-stocked tea and coffee tray in the room, plus the delicious breakfast with toasted muffins topped with scrambled egg and salmon. The hosts, Mags and Paul, were hospitable and made me feel welcome. The location was also great, just a 10-minute stroll to the town center and 2 minutes from the promenade.
