Spent Christmas at a hotel in a charming country location. the service from the staff was friendly and accommodating. the free parking was a plus, and we enjoyed the plush bedding and free Wi-Fi in our room. the restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the ham for dinner and the waffles for breakfast.

the beautiful grounds and outstanding staff at our recent stay in lowestoft were even better than our previous visit. we enjoyed an amazing sleep with the new duvet and fresh pillows, and the staff went above and beyond with little requests. the breakfast was fantastic too, with delicious bacon and sausage and a great cup of tea.

Bathroom could use some shelves or a cabinet for toiletries.

on our journey through lowestoft, we were pleasantly surprised by park hill - so much better than our last stay! the staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even serving a late meal. the breakfast was great and the secure bike storage a bonus. highly recommend park hill.

I stayed at Park Hill for work and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and was very dog-friendly. The room, though a bit dated, was spacious and had a separate lounge section. The bed was comfortable, and the countryside views were lovely. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. a great place to stay with beautiful grounds and a convenient location.

We had a really good 2 night stay at Park Hill Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and our yellow labrador. The room was spacious and had a door to the garden. Our dog was even allowed in the breakfast room with us. The staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, including dinner on the first night. We were impressed with the service and would love to stay again.

The hotel, although a bit dated, was very pleasant. the staff were amazing and went above and beyond, even being great with our dog. Our room was clean and pleasant with a nice view. the bathroom was excellent and the patio door entrance was a nice touch. the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. the location was good and the rooms were spacious and clean. the grounds were lovely, although they need some refurbishment. the hotel has great potential and could benefit from a revamp to bring back its historical charm.

We loved it! Beautiful little place. We booked late in the week for a spontaneous trip away. The room was lovely with loads of space for us and our two dogs. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to park along the grass outside our room. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location in a tranquil area was just what I needed for a peaceful getaway. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. The rooms, although modestly furnished, offered lovely views and were clean and comfortable. As for the breakfast, it was included in the price and was of good quality, with the only slight disappointment being the absence of beans. this hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.

I had an excellent dinner in the Blue Dining room, especially as they were busy with a private dining group in the Green room. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff really paid attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet area, but still convenient for where I wanted to be. The room I stayed in was in the annex, but it was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The bathroom had one of the best showers I've ever had in a UK hotel. Plus, it had French doors that opened up to the garden, which was perfect for my dogs. The breakfast in the morning was way above other places I've stayed at, with a good selection and delicious food.
