Had a fantastic time at this hotel over Xmas! the big rooms were beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for my family. the location was key, right in the heart of town and near everything we needed. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Just a couple of minor downsides to mention. the mattress was a bit thin and the internet wasn't the strongest in the room furthest from reception.

The hotel's central location near the shopping center was convenient for our needs. Breakfast option could be improved with bigger duvets on the single beds, as they were not big enough to keep me warm during the night. Additionally, the thermostat in the room had a preset temperature and would occasionally turn off, leaving me feeling cold at times.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The location was convenient, close to the train station and a supermarket, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could be improved about the breakfast offerings was the lack of variety in the fruit salad.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel that gave us an unforgettable experience. the staff made us feel at home with their warm welcome. the hotel's location was perfect as we didn't have to travel far to see the local attractions or grab a quick bite at a nearby cafe. Adding to the great experience, we enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool and the children had a great time in the game room.

While our Christmas stay was great, there were some negative aspects. Unfortunately, the hotel's gym facilities were not up to par with the other amenities and could use some improvement.

celebrated our anniversary in hull again and park hotel & apartments exceeded our expectations! beautiful, spacious rooms and friendly staff. perfect location near train station and football stadium. highly recommended!

Heating in room didn't work.

The cleanliness of the apartments could be improved, with greasy pans and dusty plates and glasses needing to be washed before use.

I recently stayed at the Park Hotel in Hull for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food surpassed my expectations. The secure parking across the street was convenient, and I had a comfortable night's sleep thanks to the quality bed, pillows, and air conditioning. The free on-site parking, seamless check-in process, and spacious, newly converted room were all added bonuses. I would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself in Hull.
