I had an amazing experience staying at a beautiful B and B in Carnoustie called Park House Bed & Breakfast. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high-quality towels and accessories. Everything we needed was provided, and the reception from Debbie was personal and welcoming. the breakfast was outstanding, the best I've had in all my travels, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. it was a fantastic stay.

The ground floor also contains a cozy lounge with an open fire. Perfect for pretending to be an aristocrat while sipping tea and watching Downton Abbey reruns.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape to a beautiful property in the center of town. the spacious bedroom had high ceilings and a generous bathroom with all of the amenities provided. We particularly liked the sumptuous breakfast, which had plenty of options to choose from. the property was conveniently located close to the beach and within a short walk of both the train station and the main shopping street. We enjoyed the extra luxury touch of having coffee pods provided in the room.

Debbie and her daughter are absolutely amazing - super accommodating and friendly! The room was incredibly clean and the bed was unbelievably comfy. The location is really quiet and the breakfast is mind-blowingly delicious, especially the homemade pancakes. Loved getting a break away as busy parents of 6 children and having breakfast cooked for us. It was the perfect choice!

As foreign tourists, we loved the little touches and attention to detail at this charming B&B, such as the lovely chocolate surprise on our bed each night and the complimentary sweet bowl. The quality toiletries and packets of tissues at the front door were also a thoughtful touch. The breakfast, with its superb quality food and beautiful presentation, was truly outstanding. We also appreciated the prompt and flexible communication with the owner, Debbie. The location was ideal, with two great restaurants nearby and easy access to the train station, beach, and golf courses. The beautiful garden was a perfect spot to enjoy during the summer.
